What is the Symphonic Record Clothing Co.?
Launched in 2012, the Symphonic Record is an apparel company that reproduces images—including logos, illustrations, and black and wh ite photographs, and other graphics—found in the archives of symphony orchestras, dance companies and opera houses onto vintage-style t-shirts. Symphonic Record t-shirts are 100% cotton and Made in the USA.
How does the Symphonic Record fit?
Symphonic Record shirts are men’s cut slim for a close-to-the-body fit. For measurements, please consult this chart.
All Symphonic Record shirts are pre-washed for maximum softness. As long as care instructions are followed, Symphonic Record shirts should not experience significant additional shrinkage.
How can I pay for my order?
Symphonic Record orders are processed securely through PayPal Advanced. You may purchase your order with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, or PayPal account.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive two confirmations: one from service@paypal.com and one from orders@symphonicrecord.com.
Your order will appear as PAYPAL*SYMREC on your credit card, banking, or PayPal statement.
How is my order shipped?
The default shipping option for domestic shipping in all 50 states is USPS Flat Rate at $5.70. Express and international shipping via USPS is also available.
International shipping may be subject to customs/duties charges. The Symphonic Record is not responsible for these additional charges. If you have any questions about international shipping, please write to orders@symphonicrecord.com.
The Symphonic Record offers free Flat Rate shipping on domestic orders of $100 or more.
How long after I place my order will I receive it?
Please allow 1–2 days for payment verification and processing prior to shipment. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email orders@symphonicrecord.com within 48 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery time varies depending on the shipping option selected at the time of purchase and/or the geographic destination. Delivery via USPS Flat Rate typically takes between three and five days after an order has been processed.
Returned orders due to incorrect mailing addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
I am unhappy with my shirt. How do I return/exchange it?
Incorrect or damaged orders will be replaced at the Symphonic Record’s expense within 14 days of receipt from the UPS shipping delivery date.
To request a replacement for an incorrect or damaged order, please email orders@symphonicrecord.com.
The Symphonic Record will exchange unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unaltered shirts within 30 days of receipt form the date of FedEx delivery. Final determination of the condition of a returned product is at the sole discretion of the Symphonic Record Clothing Co.
To initiate an exchange, please email orders@symphonicrecord.com.
Orders for exchange must be returned at the customer’s expense.
I am unhappy with my shirt. How do I receive a refund?
Refunds will be granted on orders returned within 14 days of receipt from the FedEx delivery date. As with exchanges, your garment must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unaltered to receive a refund.
To initiate a refund, please email orders@symphonicrecord.com.
Orders for refund must be returned at the customer’s expense.
I represent an orchestra, opera house or ballet company. How can my organization’s archival material appear on the Symphonic Record?
